Each new project begins with an initial video call with the Client, free-of-charge, to get the first impression.

In case we believe we can be of service, we offer to visit the Client on location to get the full picture.

The First Visit is not charged. We only require compensation for travel and lodging expenses up-front.

Upon completion of the First Visit Report, there is no obligation for the Client to contract any further services.

Upon Client confirmation of our Advisory Report, we can serve our Client per project, from start to finish at customised fees.

All inquiries are served on the basis of mutual confidentiality.

Active cooperation by the Client is required throughout the project, to compile, prepare and provide any required data.

Services are provided in the English language only (exceptions may occur).

Translation for all instructed documents into the local language must be assured by the Client, while the Client is entirely responsible by himself for correct translation.

Fees are quoted net of VAT and charged in EUR.

Pre-payment for confirmed services and estimated travel cost is required, to be received latest 10 working days before the start of the project.

In case expenses have been incurred in other currency then EUR, the conversion is applied to EUR per advice from www.xe.com or the credit-card used, while receipts will be provided for.

Any open balance must be settled latest 14-days from the date of the final invoice.

Point of departure to Client location is either Chisinau (Moldova) or any other European airport (including those located in the European part of the Russian Federation).

Travel expenses are re-charged at cost only, for train or express coach in 1st or Business Class, travel by air under 4-hours at best available non-restricted fare (Y) for Economy Class (over 4 hours of travel next upgraded class), travel by car from € 0.42 per driven km, the cost for a visa, health-tests (such as vaccination for COVID), transfer, parking, WiFi, hotel-stay on basis of full-board + tax at a 3 to 4-star full-service hotel.

Consultants time for door-to-door travel under 4-hours is not charged; door-to-door travel over 4-hours is charged at 1/2 the daily Consultancy fee.

When Consultants are on the property of the Client, secretarial support (incl. translation service), copy machine, fax and telephone, e-mail and WiFi-access are to be assured and provided at no extra cost.
