Our team consists of trusted and well-experiences international advisors who are assigned per project, depending on the type of expertise needed.

The Founder and Managing Director of the team is Husnu Tayanc — hotel and tourism entrepreneur at heart. After successful completion of Hacettepe University in 2000, he has started his career with corporate branded hotels and privately-owned hotels, focusing on hotel operations, pre-opening & start-ups.
Over 20 years of hospitality experience across three continents and four regions, including CIS & Eastern Europe, Turkey, Middle East and Africa, has made Mr. Tayanc a highly diverse, dynamic and quality oriented leader, a team player who thrives in high-pressure, result-oriented and dynamic environments. Mr. Tayanc has a proven track record of creating a best-in-class operational structure to support incremental financial KPIs, team growth and accelerate profits in challenging markets. He managed several high-end luxury projects while being loyal to two international groups: the Radisson Hotel Group (11 years) partnering with international company Summa (17 Years) as the owner of all investments. During these 17 years, Mr. Tayanc has gained experience in hotel openings and has influenced and led the realisation of four projects worth 100 million Euros, building, training and energising multicultural teams for the fastest return on investments.
Mr. Tayanc’s key competencies are the Hotel openings, management and franchise operations; Short and mid term strategies (pricing, competition, sales, etc.); Investment and market analysis; Concept creation of restaurants, SPAs and other facilities; Hiring & training of people.
